A railway operator specializing in the transport of oil and oil products, DNT was established in 2000 to optimize oil products transportation in Siberia and the Far East of Russia

The company provides oil and oil products transportation services by rail in a private fleet of rail-tank cars and inventory fleet of JSC RZD (Russian Railways JSC) from the oil production and processing areas to the petroleum terminals and its clients.

DNT - occupies 25,1% of the far Eastern transportation market and 3,3 % of total oil transportation market in Russia

The company’s fleet consists of more than 7000 units including:

• tank cars for light petroleum products
• tank cars for viscous petroleum products (with the steam jacket and with different systems of internal preheating for the accelerated discharge of load)

The company has worked out the technology of the fuel oil transportation in winter time by “hot routes” permitting the company to reduce railcar discharge time and as a result to increase the throughput capacity of the stations and oil terminals.

Its own washing station is built and launched at Khabarovsk-2 station which is used to wash and prepare the rail-tank cars for the light types of oil products of higher quality. The station is serviced by its own locomotive.

We have created five twenty-four hour control centers on st. Zuy, Komsomol'sk., Khabarovsk -2, Nakhodka and in the head office of DVTG in Moscow providing

• twenty-four hour control of the en route rolling stock location
• traffic control of the loaded and empty rolling stock to provide regular loading and unloading
