Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) initiated proceedings against RZD and two of its affiliated companies - Freight One and   Second Freight Company with respect to infringement of contractor’s interests. These companies are suspected of illegitimate refusal of providing the rolling stocks to clients and overvaluing rail-freight The Deputy Head of FAS declared to RIA – news that at least 5 companies lodged the complaint to the department. RZD did not get the notification from the Federal Antimonopoly Service yet. The similar answer was provided by the Freight One as well.
