For the last 8 months 6720 wagons were repaired by “Dalvagonoremont” Company in accordance with the schedule and this is 1416 units or 26,7% more than for the same period of the last year.
Since the modular washing systems in Burea depot were put into operation in 2009, 3936 boilers of cistern cars have been washed. The total quantity has reached 1691 units this year.
The industrial profitability is increasing in all divisions of the Company - in the second quarter of this year it has reached 23% or +5% in comparison with the first quarter if 2011.
So far the company has approximately 50 trustworthy clients such as Transoil, Neftetransport, Neftetransservis.
At the current development stage the Company management works on two goals of primary importance– depot upgrading and replacement of exhausted recourses. Besides, serious attention is paid to improvement of repair quality and decreasing of technological failures during the warranty period.
The program of implementation of new diagnostic tools of truck’s parts has been developed. It helps to determine forming flaws and remaining lifetime.
The Company is planning to provide the ultimate renovation of manufacturing facilities including the replacement of essential machining facilities with modern, high-efficiency equipment with low power consumption.
