The cargo turnover of “Dallestrans” has been increased by 18,11%

The cargo turnover of  “Dallestrans” has been increased by 18,11%  for the last 9 months in 2011 in comparison with the similar period of 2010. The amount of wagons has been increased by 19,95%.

191 028 tones of cargo have been transferred during 9 months (3361 wagons totally). In 2010 these were 161 590 tones and 2 802 wagons.

These figures illustrate the sustained cargo turnover growth in the sphere of logging and the  increasing demand in rolling stock among companies related to timber industry.

Currently, “Dallestrans” owns its fleet of the specialized universal platforms equipped with counters for timber transportation. The company makes wide use of new transport technology in transportation by using its own rolling stock to increase timber export and promote the rolling-stock turn-around.
